A four-star facility planned to adjoin the Doon Cricket Academy. The hotel has the advantage of overlooking the international standard cricket field beyond which is the resplendent Sal forest. The hotel is designed as a boutique hotel with an emphasis on banqueting. It boasts of one of the largest halls in Doon Valley.

The restaurant opens out to the deck with outdoor seating. The terrace faces the Cricket field and has been planned for large outdoor events with the provision of a bar, seating, and landscape design.

The detailing is timeless with the use of stone cladding in the facade and the use of flat arches.

The fenestration and railings are integrated with stone cladding.
