DEHRADUN

Another seasoned building contrived of local stone, wooden joists, and stone slates. The materiality of the region is of utmost importance, the partition walls have been constructed using Dhajji wall  (bamboo and earth) techniques.

 

The building now hosts a 26 room Guest House with an en-suite restroom and dresser. The complex construction process necessitated half brick masonry and RCC slabs to protect the old masonry walls.
