Situated on a compact urban site bound by roads on two sides, the building has been conceived as a stack of five rectangular floor plates with angular accents that are tied around a fixed pivot point — a configuration that seeks to maintain the community feeling and spatial efficiencies of an Indoor Sports facility.

The Sports complex boasts of a Half Olympic-Size Heated Swimming pool, Badminton Courts, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Squash Courts, Table Tennis, Gym, Kids Play Area, and Dance Studios.

Additionally, green terraces near the café and restaurant create an indoor-outdoor learning landscape for both students and instructors. In accordance with the concept, the interior of the complex is finished with a combination of exposed concrete and rugged finishes integrated with warm wooden walls and ceiling surfaces, creating a warm, yet athletic atmosphere. 

An outdoor Soccer Field, Tennis Courts, and Cricket pitches are planned for the second phase of construction.
