DEHRADUN

The Residence of the Headmaster is set in a  beautiful corner of the School campus. The old facility was in need of updating so a brand new residence was envisaged in the same plot. It has been designed in a way that the outside and the inside flow into each other.

The use of 12 feet verandahs abutting the study and the bedroom gives the resident a very comfortable space to interact with the students while respecting the privacy of the home. The residence has been designed to resonate with the overall design typology of the School. Fireplaces and wooden ceilings have been incorporated in the planning which adds to the colonial charm of the Doon School campus.
