Berry House, is a popular name with all the Doon School and Welham students. This homestay is one of the largest properties in Dalanwala, an elite residential zone of Dehradun.

The existing home has been revamped and converted into a 16 room homestay facility. Each unit is fully equipped with a seating area, bedroom, pantry, and study. Verandahs, the flavor of Dehradun has been used extensively. The existing building is around 50 years old and the new addition just flows in seamlessly.  There is the use of projections at different levels in the facade which creates a dramatic play of light and shade.
